PLANNING AND STRATEGY DIVISION [CPSD]
Corporate Planning and Strategy Division offers strategic directional planning to the company in tandem with the global Trending Applicable Digital Technical Solutions and ensures appropriate collaborative external professional linkages and visibility in this regard. In addition, the Division maintains oversight into the workings of each of the company divisions to ensure delivery of integrated, holistic and innovative solutions to more than meet our Client's needs.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION [PMBDD]
PROME’s Project Management and Business Development Division guarantees compliance of all company operations and outputs with International Quality management procedures and Client Specifications through exhaustive quality checks, and reviews as well as internal audits. The Division maintains the company’s MIS and is the custody of all the company’s technical records. In this regard, the PMBDO is responsible for the preparation of competitive, attractive and realistic technical proposals of the Company while ensuring maximum technical and financial benefit to the Client.
Furthermore, the division contracts out the Company's technical Project Management Services to the construction industry, which services include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) Value Engineering & Optimization; (ii) Claims Management; (iii) Cadastral Surveys & Valuations; (iv) Resettlement Action Planning; (v) Social/Environmental Studies; and (vi) Economic Studies
PLANNING AND ENGINEERING DIVISION [PED]
PROME’s Planning and Engineering Division is the Company’s set-up that undertakes the planning, design and engineering of the infrastructure technological solutions of the built environment which are technically appropriate, economically justifiable, financially affordable, socially acceptable, environmentally responsible, and institutionally manageable.
These solutions include the following: Physical & Structural Planning; Transportation & Highways Engineering; and Water & Sanitation Engineering. The Division undertakes the planning design and engineering functions by using state-of-the-art and innovative technological applications and software for its technical surveys, technical engineering design, architecture, and space technologies. To ensure that the solutions more than meet our client's needs, the Division undertakes (i) Value Engineering & Optimization; (ii) Cadastral Surveys & Valuations; (iii) Resettlement Action Planning; (iv) Social/Environmental Studies; and (v) Economic Studies, as may be relevant to the executed design and engineering solutions.

PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGEMENT DIVISION [PDMD]
PROME’s Project Delivery Management Division is involved in the evolving projects delivery mechanisms and trends that include: PPP, EPC, DB EPC+F & BOOT Engagements. In this regard, the Division ensures efficient and effective delivery of fit-for-purpose, quality, and on-time construction management of the construction works within the available budget.
